NAZAN ÖNCEL

Nazan Öncel was born in the town of Karsiyaka near Izmir, and has been involved in music since the age of fifteen. She first sang at weddings and clubs with the group "Çilginlar" (The Crazies), which she formed in high school. In 1992 she became famous with her album "Bir Hadise Var" (Something happened). Her song "Hay Hay" (By all means) is one of her recent works.
